For Noodle Inn, we returned to China to immerse ourselves in the authentic flavours, ingredients, and unique cuts of meat that truly define traditional Chinese noodles.

From the open kitchen concept to the way the dough is made and the spices we use, we’ve done our very best to recreate that experience here.

All of our noodles are made with just three simple ingredients: flour, water, and salt.

We believe noodles should be fresh and uncomplicated, especially in a time where so many foods are packed with unnecessary additives.

At our core, we believe good food should be simple, wholesome, and made with ingredients you can trust.
